Gorgeous historic building, excellent staff,...

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and ensured we had an accessible room for my 92 year old Mum. The building is fascinating, warm and comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also great. Breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: A bit more attention to cleanliness would make this a perfect place.

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel was lovely. Clean, big, airy room. Bathroom was spotless. Felt very cosy and really enjoyed our weekend here. Ate in the bar on one night and food was delicious, service was great and they were obliging when I requested a specific drink. Breakfast was also brilliant with a lovely selection and a beautiful room.
Disliked: Nothing of note!

Lovely hotel in the Cotswolds

Liked: Really nice hotel, a 5 min drive out of main Tetbury. The food (dinner and breakfast) were both great in a lovely looking restaurant on site. Staff were all very nice, friendly and professional.Bed was comfy and a nice bathroom with Molten Brown products.Definitely recommended.
Disliked: Can get a fair bit of noise from traffic if you are in a room on the front of the hotel.
