Excellent accommodation
Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Dragos and Connor.
Disliked: One poor roast dinner on Sunday evening. No hand holds over the bath for use of shower. Very necessary for the elderly.

Disappointing as this hotel had...
Liked: Pleasant accommodation - Room was comfortable, large, and spacious with a comfortable bedThoughtful service - Staff made an egg and sausage breakfast for our dog.
Disliked: Unexpected charges - £25 dog fee on arrival with no added amenities or dog bed included.Poor room allocation - allocated a bedroom up two sets of stairs in spite of my wife being obviously pregnant. Disappointing dinner service - Very average food, long wait times, and incorrect starter brought out (correct one only arrived after finishing the main meal)Room amenities - No refrigerator availableSleep disruption - Bright green emergency light inside the bedroom which cannot be turned off and made it difficult to sleepSlow breakfast service - Hot breakfast items took quite a bit of time to arrive.

Tips an Tops
Liked: The room, spacious and the location of the hotel.
Disliked: The personel could be al little bit more open/ smile some more. Most of the seemed like if they "need to work there and are not enjoying it". Tip: if you smile more (while serving people), most people automatically don't mind if things are taking a little bit longer or something that is not going according to plan.Furthermore, the a la carte menu could use a little bit more variation. The options for breakfast were also too limited to our opinion. Maybe some extra continental options or (kid friendly) options like pankakes.
