Passable

Liked: Beautiful, neat, friendly staff, centrally located.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off at 430 am! No staff on property to help. Not relaxing to say the least, had this not happened I would have said it was the perfect place to stay

Disliked: Shower leaked onto the floor

Relaxing overnight stay!

Liked: The location is excellent, easily walkable to town and close to the ferry to shelter island. The bathroom showers are awesome and the pool was refreshing
Disliked: The pillows

My husband and I wanted...

Liked: we had a nice view of the harbor and it was nice being able to sit on the balcony and have some wine and watch the boats go by. As for breakfast, I understand it was a continental breakfast but still the choices were very limited.
Disliked: The door to our room was a bit difficult to open. I didnt realize I had to rank down on the door handle after I set the key. I thought the key didnt work till I asked another guest and realized I had to really yank down hard to get the door to open.

Lovely but expect to pay

Liked: Front desk staff was fantastic. Our check in was easy and they were happy to store our bikes. The room was nice and very minimal. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
Disliked: Part of the bathroom was very dusty, I dropped a shirt and it was covered. I also knew we had to pay for parking but after being charged tax on it, it was $94 for 3 days. Felt a little nickel and dimed. Coffee also wasn't replaced quickly in the AM.

Would come back

Disliked: Exorbitant parking fees.Poor room lighting. Difficult to read in bedroom.Difficult to apply makeup in bedroom.Sign for ‘vending’ but there was none. Needed more water in mini bar. Should add orange juice.

Liked: We loved the harbor view and the porch.
Disliked: Plastic utensils.

Liked: It was in a very good location and central to a lot of restaurants and stores.
