Liked: It was a nice hotel and felt like home. It was very clean. If I come back to Hot Springs and spend the night, I will definitely be staying here again.

Would stay there again

Liked: The location is perfect. It's close to everywhere. The room is spacious.
Disliked: Would like to have a cooking plate and some pans.

Liked: Location, location, location. also, the green area outside the room.
Disliked: the smell of humidity in the room.

Great one night stay

Liked: Great location for a wander around Hot Springs which is a really interesting town. Historic, retro feel to the motel. We slept well.

Nice small reasonably priced facility...

Liked: Location was perfect for hiking. Didn’t have to get in my car to get to some of the trails. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: I’m not a smoker and this hotel allows smoking outside the rooms. The first day I got there someone was smoking a cigar all afternoon and evening right below my patio area so I did not get to go outside and enjoy the nice evening.

Liked: The location is great! The motel was clean, and overall a good value.The biggest down sides were that the shower was really small and the sink only had cold water. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Great location for walking on trails and walking to bathhouse row for spas, shopping and dinner.
