Liked: Front of house staff and food excellent. Location a great base for exploring the area.
Disliked: Housekeeping could be better. Beds were not always made, and bins not always emptied, even though they came in every day. We also had to ask reception for tea/coffee as not replenished every day.

Liked: It was clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean albeit a bit small but still sufficient for our stay. Breakfast was amazing and well worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely location in South borough...

Liked: The room was spacious, large bed, desk with refreshments tray, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. plenty of plug points and a full length mirror. A window did open and a fan was provided.The room had a double wardrobe in the vestibule, an iron and ironing board. Bathroom had plenty of towels, and soap. Staff were friendly especially in the restaurant, loved meal in Friday night.
Disliked: The iron had a leak, any water put in, instantly drained out, I used a small towel from bathroom to absorb all the water, luckily didn't go on my clothes. The bedside lights didn't work. It was overhead lights or nothing. Bed didn't have a mattress protector. 1st night no water glasses, 2nd night 2 arrived. On my 2nd night my towels and cups were changed but bed not made.Breakfast on paper sounded delicious, reality was wet barely warm sourdough with scorch marks rather than toasted with a smear of avocado served with two fresh tomatoes, again scorched but hard topped with seeds.So glad Sunday breakfast was much better.
