Great one night stay

Liked: We enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was easy, staff very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Bed was firm and pillows soft but a little lumpy but slept well. Nice bathroom with good shower and plenty of towels. Room was lovely and warm. Basic tea and coffee facilities. Could do with a few more hangers, only six !! Possibly a hook for coats ? Breakfast was lovely and fresh served by friendly staff.

Comfortable but some issues

Liked: Mattress was comfortable. Staff in the attached restaurant were lovely and great with my granddaughter.
Disliked: Booked three rooms. One was a twin bed (the beds slid all over the place). My tea tray was very sparse on tea, sugar etc and sticky. My son’s room had no cups and tray was dirty, His duvet felt split inside the cover too. Overall wasn’t confident with the room cleanliness and something needs doing about the beds sliding around. Also when I arrived I was told that I hadn’t paid for one of the rooms and needed to pay this. Staff member seemed quite stuck up until he realised it was his mistake.
