Disliked: The food was not good ordered a cheeseburger and chips the chips were hard and the burger not fresh made.Very poor

Liked: We had a really lovely room which had a hairdryer, an iron, tea and coffee making facilities - lovely shower. The bed was really comfy. Dinner was lovely, with a good choice, for us and our 2 guests and they did everything to accommodate our gluten and dairy free guest which was amazing. Thank you. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food. All of the staff are wonderful, especially Vito - thank you so much for looking after us. We had car parking too! The Hand and Sceptre is also very nicely decorated with outside seating - a really nice place to relax.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent hotel

Liked: Room very pleasant, great ensuite shower. Excellent menu and impeccable service. Would recommend.
Disliked: Room was at front of hotel on the main road, constant rumble of traffic all night.
