Liked: Downstairs bar area was lovely. Staff were were very polite, friendly and helpful
Disliked: The rooms were a bit shabby. Toilets were noisy & we could hear the people next door using theirs

Liked: The staff were very friendly. The location is fantastic. We had a quiet room and slept well.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we could not shower properly. Both the shower heads were clogged by limescale. My husband actually unclogged some on his own so we can at least get some water through, but frankly it was not enough to shower. I told this to the front desk staff and they were kind but told us that they couldn’t do anything about it.I think if they had some better cleaning of the shower heads and improved their water pressure this issue would be solved. I hope they take this feedback as intended which is to say, we liked the stay but improvement to the bathroom should be made, it is expected that people are able to shower.

Disliked: Showers were hot but little water pressure it took ages to wash your hair. Others complained that their showers had pressure but wete cold
