Quick Trip

Liked: I loved the bathroom set up, especially the shower! As well as the candy placed on our bed from the local candy shop
Disliked: Was hoping for all night room service and they had a cutoff time

Probably won’t be going back.

Liked: Location, fancy building and decorations
Disliked: Our room had an unpleasant smell. The shampoo and conditioner were runny, like someone had just added water rather than refilling wall units, the fancy coffee maker is only as good as the coffee and creamer that is added to it. Lastly, our bathroom sink backed up. The sink was full of gross drain gunk and bubbling when we woke up. We couldn’t use it in the morning.

Liked: It is a ritzy, downtown hotel. The room was especially comfortable.
Disliked: REQUIRED valet parking. Yes, I felt “upscale”, but I would rather have saved $19 and parked myself. At least we can impress our friends by telling them that we stayed in a hotel with valet parking!

A truly wonderful hotel with...

Liked: This hotel was amazing! Beautiful public spaces, clean room that was well appointed with beautiful furniture and a comfortable bed. I had a king suite and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was great! I generally don't like using valet parking but here it was outstanding! My car was always ready for me in 2-3 minutes. Loved this place and if I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stay here!
Disliked: I can't think of a single thing!
