Good

Liked: All staff very pleasant. Good info sheet provided at reception on check in. Spacious room. Very convenient for sports tournament. Breakfast was okay especially as included in price offer. Can order scrambled egg separately, but be prepared to wait for delivery. Evening menu price, choice and quality 6/10. Easy free car parking system. Would stay again at the right price offer.
Disliked: Corridor noise - voices etc and doors shutting carries the length of the corridors so not ideal for a decent night’s sleep especially if late night guests are inconsiderate too. More soundproofing would be welcome though.Balcony door wouldn’t open which was a shame.

Fair

Liked: Staff was lovely and accommodating. The facilities like the swimming pool, the family changing room and the restaurant/garden area were really good.
Disliked: The rooms need a serious check, there were bits of carpet broken, old leak on the ceiling with paint hanging off, marks all over the walls, scratches on doors, wardrobe falling apart, mould on the net curtains... The rooms are not very pleasant to be honest.

Disappointing

Liked: Swimming Pool and Spa facilities. Friendly Staff.
Disliked: The bed was too hard so could not sleep for most of the night, which made us tired and cranky. Room is outdated and somewhat clean. Curtains do not block the light. Buffy Breakfast felt like first come first serve and only one coffee machine was working with a lack of tables for guests. We are coeliac, very little could be had and not filling. Shot glasses of juice.I wish for a partial refund.

Exceptional

Liked: Can't recommend this hotel ! Best room I've ever stayed in. Everything was 10 out of 10. The balcony was also a huge bonus. Can't wait to go back again.
Disliked: Evening meal ! Portion sizes were a tad small.
