Great value stay.

Liked: Great location. Excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Although it’s a square, few more signs round and about would be helpful.

Liked: Room fantastic, spacious, very quiet, everything we needed. Staff very welcoming and professional. Great location - can walk into Salisbury for shops/restaurants/city sights.

Very good

Liked: The facilities and atmosphere were good. Every area we used was clean and cared for. Restaurant food nice. Breakfast was really good. The man at reception was good, funny and professional. Spa facilities were a nice bonus.
Disliked: Bar staff and evening service staff seemed to lack experience and knowledge. Sadly several of them did not come across well or provide particularly good service.
