Great room but needs a...

Liked: Had an upgrade to the bridal suite which was a lovely touch - very large room. Great balcony outside.
Disliked: The room was very stuffy and I had trouble opening one of the patio doors in the main room, I called down to reception and asked for some help and the young man came up very quickly. The door was really stiff so maybe needs some WD40. There wasn't a fan or anything in the room and there's no air con and I obviously couldn't leave the patio doors open all night so it wasn't the most comfortable sleep. Also, the toilet seat in 172 needs adjusting, it's really wobbly.At breakfast, disappointed that there was only fried eggs. Your coffee machine (the one furthest right) needs an engineer call out, the settings on the cappuccino are wrong - there's no foam at all so the milfresh needs adjusting.

Liked: The location was good and convenient for us. The room was so nice and warm and very clean thanks to the housekeeper- Monica.
Disliked: Unfortunately, didn’t have enough time to make use of all the facilities such as the spa and the swimming pool hopefully next time.

Liked: Friendly staff, lovely venue for our mums 70th surprise birthday. We stayed the night, and the rooms were lovely and clean.Breakfast and dinner were really good aswell.

Liked: The welcome we had was lovely, the room was ready, clean and comfortable .
Disliked: I was a bit miffed that my friends had booked a room exactly the same as ours for £88, breakfast included, with a balcony..our room, opposite was £115 and I had to pay for breakfast! We didn't even get a balcony

Disliked: The lack of of information of the pool and gym opening times with no admittance to the gym or pool a hour before closing. What's the point of having closing times, my be advertise closing time at the last admission.
