Liked: view was nice.
Disliked: didn't reach the expectations, booking luxurious room but it wasn't. It was written luxurious room has balcony so we booked it but the room didn't have balcony. Sofa was broken and and dirty.

Liked: Comfortable large room with sitting area . View of the harbor. Friendly welcoming staff. Good continental breakfast with attentive waitstaff.
Disliked: A bit expensive

Friendly & comfy small hotel

Liked: A very comfortable, small hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is great, as are the amenities in the room. Very clean and homely overall.
Disliked: The wifi was a little slow (I had to work a little during my stay) and decour was fairly worn. It was a shame not to be able to have food there beyond dinner and have the bar open for longer - but it’s clearly a small hotel with a small staff. None of this impacted the stay but would have been nice to have!

A nice quiet place to...

Liked: Breakfast - Nicely presented, friendly staff. Food was delicous and well cooked. There was variety to choose from. The Seaview was ecxxellent addition to nice place to be.
Disliked: All was good and relaxing.

Ok but would not stay...

Liked: Location great!
Disliked: No housekeeping after putting out correct sign. Booking details confirmed continental breakfast but hotel insisted on charging us. All about booking hem and not about the customer.. just assumed we were wrong on both of above. Got an additional £40 charge on check out and after pushing back, they reduced to £30. Should not have been such hard work..

Lovely staff and full of...

Liked: Location, the room and the hotel was beautifully decorated and full of character, Molton Brown toiletries, seaview from the dining room, very friendly and welcoming staff, free parking and cooked vegetarian breakfast.
Disliked: Reality of staying in an old building- lots of stairs (which we were expecting but still tiring at the end of the day) and strong sewage smell in the bathroom on the first morning but it dissipated once the bathroom fan came on.
