Liked: The rooms were amazing very modern hotel. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Always pleasant and very welcoming even the cleaners and maintenance men acknowledge us with a smile and good morning. Very close to all amenities easy walking distance to lots of bars restaurants Albert Dock Liverpool One and the Theatres.
Disliked: Maybe lighting around the mirrors being more brighter.

Disliked: We ate one evening meal. This was poor and expensve (very). We would not eat an evening meal there again.

Liked: So much!! Location! Staff! Breakfast! Fitness center! Waterfall shower!! Absolutely great.
Disliked: My ONLY feedback is the firm bed. For someone who has back pain, and neck pain at 32, these beds are pretty firm for me. However, there was two foam rollers in the fitness center that brought me back to life after sleep. I’ll admit I’m picky with my beds. Everything else was soooo amazing, I can look past this one dislike.

Lovely Stay!

Liked: My room was lovely! I love the decor and the design of the room. it was clean and the right amount of space needed for 1 person. The staff were lovely and welcomed me with a lovely chocolate shot. The gym was small but really nice as it had a rooftop. Really happy with my stay here the hotel is lovely and in a great location

Liked: The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely sincere. They supported us in every aspect of our needs, both during the meeting and throughout our stay. It was clear they truly enjoy their work, and their positive energy made all the difference.We’re so grateful for the warm hospitality — they made us feel completely at home. The hotel itself was spotless, centrally located, and the rooms were excellent. The complimentary coffee and high-quality toiletries were also a lovely touch.We truly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
