Liked: It seems new and is very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was no way to control the temperature in the room and it was a little too warm at night. I also originally booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch and I got a room with one king sized bed and a pull out. I was told that the hotel was rather full so I didn’t bother to ask them to change my room.

Liked: Nice included breakfast wth buffet or menu options. Very good location. Easy walkable distance to Prince Albert dock. Close to the train station. It was hot in Liverpool and the hotel had great a/c. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator held several flavored waters that were complimentary. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Disliked: All good.

Liked: The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to all the sites but more importantly it was very quiet and the curtains blocked out the light perfectly. Gorgeous pillows :). Loved the robes. the Staff were excellant and I loved the decor particularly on the ground floor entrance
