Wasn't a great stay.

Liked: A nice breakfast and the staff member at breakfast was friendly.
Disliked: The issue with the wrong room and the dirty sheets and floors in both rooms. Before my stay they told me the room upgrade was not wheelchair friendly which I replied I only need to be able to place the wheelchair somewhere safe and I don't need special facilities because I only need my wheelchair for longer walks. For some reason we were placed in a wheelchair room with checking in so no upgrade? Asked at reception right after we ate something because the kitchen was closing, we had a long travel and arrived late. He switched us to the same kind of room but with 2 seperate beds without telling us that room will have 2 separate beds instead. It's the opposite to what was told in chat by staff. This room was not clean but it was already late and I was too tired to sort it out so we did in the morning. Very disappointed.. when ordering drinks at the bar they forgot us so we had to order again. The whole experience was quite disappointing

Disliked: I was disappointed to find that the window was dirty, which negatively affected the experience, especially considering the room’s highlight should be the city view.I kindly request you to address this issue for future guests. Clean windows are essential for enjoying the room’s full potential

Liked: - Convenience of parking on site for 26Euros extra per night- Generous breakfast with good coffee
Disliked: - Super long check-in queue- Inefficient reception staff- Doors of hotel rooms super loud when closing, so not a comfortable hotel for sleeping- Shower gel bottle was empty!!- Instant coffee rather than proper coffee machines in the rooms- Extra bed approved by hotel upon booking yet bed was not ready upon check in & we had to wait for 2.5 hours to get an extra bed (at 9:30pm) after reminding reception twice.

Liked: Each room's automatic door closure must be adjusted for speed or changed as a new system.When we or others are in deep morning sleep, the nearby room door closure disturbs us a lot.This is just my opinion.
