Lovely location, food & staff.

Liked: Great location, with easy access to Devils Bridge and other steam train. Bedroom was lovely and comfortable and very clean. Great food! Loved the sweet and sour cauliflower! Great outdoor area literally overlooking the gorge.
Disliked: Nothing really, but note there isn’t a lift so be prepared for a hike if you’re on the third floor.Breakfast room and restaurant can be a little noisy as the ceilings are high and acoustics could do with being softened maybe. Metal tables, chairs being dragged on floor etc.

Disliked: Eventhough the bathroom has no mirror (only a small one), the shower is slippery and the complementary products should come on handy containers, the room and bathroom are not only ample, cosy and clean but really comfortable.

Welcoming, comfortable and great value...

Liked: Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and great value. Getting dinner, bed and breakfast was fantastic as we didn't have to think about anything. Bed was super comfortable.
Disliked: The room was a little bit small.

Liked: Room was exceptionally nice and had been tastefully decorated and equipped at some time - lovely bathroom
Disliked: it was a twin bedded room but the single beds were a bit narrow (2'6" I believe)
