Perfect stay

Liked: Great location. All staff was so helpful and pleasant
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like

Very good one night stay...

Liked: Nice room, comfy bed.Very welcoming and nice staff.Close to St. Pancras International station.We were able to checkin early and also leave our bags at the hotel for a while, after checkout without extra costs.
Disliked: There was a bit of sewage smell in the bathroom.The water in the sink did not drain properly.

Liked: Fabulous boutique hotel. Really enjoyed our stay here, and we would definitely return. Such a friendly staff and the location is perfect for exploring London via the nearby train, bus and tube station at St. Pancras/King's Cross.

really charming hotel!

Liked: the hotel is very well located closed to St Pancras and it is a very nice and not too big hotel. Very charming! the breakfast is also very good.

Liked: It was in a fantastic location with very little noise.The rooms were a good size, especially for London (or any major city).
Disliked: Despite knowing that four of us would be staying there, we only had three towels when we arrived. The pull-out bed is wickedly uncomfortable with a very thin mattress that in no was protects from the metal frame and cross bars.The toilet is an unusual rectangle shape, and by far the most uncomfortable one I've ever used. All four of us agreed that it was awful.

It’s ok in busy location

Liked: Spacious room on second attempt- ever window was overlooked. Not very private.
Disliked: It’s supposed to be a hotel but nothing was provided. If you wanted something you couldn’t ask. Unfortunately not what I expected- sorry
