Disliked: Very poor guest wifi and room refresh was limited.

Stayed on a 3 night...

Liked: The room was a nice room and very well laid out. It was comfortable to sleep.
Disliked: Our room wasnt cleaned or the tea and coffee wasnt topped up. We had to go and get fresh cups and tea and coffee and milk.

Disliked: Not clean, stains all over the bedroom walls and ceilings - bedding smelt damp.Breakfast - what an experience, the seating area was filthy, the staffs clothing was dirty and holy which resulted not being able to eat what was served.

The worst place I have...

Disliked: I have booked a studio room but I was given a pod which had a small bed . I am 6’2” and my legs were hanging off the bed. There was no bedside tables or a seating area. To top it off the television didn’t work and there was not hot water to take a shower. We also had to leave the complex to find a restaurant to eat in Warrington city centre
