Liked: Location and casino were great.
Disliked: We had a horrible view from our room. We were offered a better view room, but they didnt have one and we were stuck paying $800 for a view of AC units.

Would I stay they again?...

Liked: Location/ hotel was great , pools were awesome. I give the staff 5 stars
Disliked: Food wasn’t great, and one major problem was I understand it’s a hugh hotel but the suite wasn’t cleaned in 3 days and we were only given one large towel for each person. Yes several very small towels

Liked: Rooms, casino, restaurants were very nice.
Disliked: Not enough chairs at the pool for all the guest staying there, pools were crowded except for the empty cabanas.

Great time with the exception...

Liked: My wife and I had a great time even though it was a one-night stay. We had tickets to the Teddy Swims concert, so we decided to stay the night. Our room was amazing.
Disliked: When I booked my room, I requested the ability to park my car in front. I was told that I could discuss it when I arrived at the hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that all the parking spots were reserved for players and there were no spaces available for my car. I spoke to the head Vallet and even the manager at the reservation desk. Nobody was able to help me. I ended up having to park my car in the garage and got a door dent from what appeared to be someone opening their door. My car is worth half a million dollars, so needless to say, this put a significant damper on my stay. I'm not sure if I'll stay at the Hard Rock again unless I can secure parking up front, where it's a little better protected.
