Disliked: The hotel was sketchy, I wouldn?t have felt safe staying there alone. When I was alone a strange man came to my door and said, ?open the door? in Spanish and it took a little while for him to leave. Then in the middle of the night there was weird yelling in the hallways and then someone tried to open our door. Hotel staff was very nice and always sent up security when it happened but due to how unsafe I felt I wouldn?t stay there again.

Disliked: Stairs at the entrance with no ramp... very unusualThe bathroom has little space to put your stuff and there are no hooks to hang your wet towel or clotheswhile taking a shower.... other than that, all good!

Beautiful hotel in a great...

Liked: The hotel itself was nice, the décor and accents were all very nice. The staff that my spouse and I had interaction with were nice but we didn't really have too much interaction. We found the size of the room to be spacious and cleanliness was great.
Disliked: We were charged an incidental charge that we were not made aware of. It was until my fiancé check his bank account he seen that they had charged $425 incidental fee on top of the hotel stay. It would have been courteous if they would have let us know at the time of check in. Also we didn't like that there was no ice machine access on our floor level. Considering the fact the we booked a society room (which was not cheap) we expected a little more accessibility to these necessities (water, ice) you have to go to the top floor and ask for them. Also, there was no room service done in the two nights three days we were there. The hotel staff did not advice if this is something due to Covid but since they didn't mention it we expected room service that never arrived.

Liked: Common spaces were attractive
Disliked: Our room was very noisy due to it being at street level directly on a very busy street. The first night we didn?t get to sleep until 3:00am from drunks and loud cars outside our window. The next night the front desk called us twice around 2:00am and woke us up. They asked us to turn our tv down which was not on. Hard to understand why they would handle it this way.
