Liked: The lobby and staff were very inviting. The suite itself was lovely and perfect walking distance from the venue of the show we came to see.
Disliked: Check out was a little earlier than I’m used to.

Disliked: We were told that the rate we received through booking was a mistake. The staff almost seemed upset of “error” and was unwilling to consider extending our stay by one day despite it being a weekday.

Liked: The location was great, and the room we stayed in was fantastic! The staff were super nice, and overall it was a great experience. The paid parking was a great option, as it was a spot in an actual garage. I expected it to maybe be an open lot or something, so this was way more secure than I had thought it would be.
Disliked: Honestly, not much could be improved! The layout of the hotel is split up and so I did end up in the wrong hallway at one point, but it was easy enough to get myself back where I belonged.
