conviently placed and nice compfy...

Liked: The bed and room were comfortable and we were next to the pool which was super convient! The lady who checked us in at night was super sweet.
Disliked: The room had an oil smelly that over powered the space and burnt my eyes a little (we moved that thing to the bathroom). The breakfast ended at 9am sharp, the lady behind the counter wouldn't even make us an esspresso a little after 9am she just pointed me to the extremely water down coffee which was annoying but not the end of the world, she just could have been nicer about it.

Bad

Liked: Very pretty outside, nice plantings, bldgs looked good.
Disliked: In my opinion, you company does not need to use this motel.I wouldn't give it 1 star.Problems with the night clerk, but at least she went to another room abd carried back another microwave.But.The morning clerk, identified as a manager, very rude, wouldnt bring out hot coffee, saying they are not allowed to do heating.30 minutes later, she brought out another pot and it was dteaming. Then we asked for a recreipt, very long heated discussion.Antways.Our ph no is:864 559 9834.We would love to chat w u.Dirty micro, staff cleaned it, then no one could get it to work! Replaced but new one could not program clock, could not program food. 2 bugs in unit, but worst of all was morning mgr. She yelled at both of us re: bill. 2 cr cards were used & she was belligerant!! I just wanted to know which one was used. will never return!

Liked: It was awesome. The staff was very nice and the place was centric and friendly.
Disliked: Clean, quiet, renovated. Nice ice machine. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have elevator and you have to bring the baggage from the first floor using the stairs

Superb

Liked: The location was great, it was close to what we needed.
Disliked: Wish the pool was open later. The bed was really high, this made it nearly impossible to sit in bed to watch tv or do anything really. Bed was also very uncomfortable.

Stay far away learn from...

Liked: The only nice person was the maintenance man The walls were paper thin. Literally could hear my neighbors farting and laughing with each other. There was a roach in my room. Bed bugs were biting me leaving blood on the sheets. The shower had black hair in it. They prey upon people with disabilities here. Upon arrival we were out power in the heat of 90! I should of known by this I wouldn’t get any much need rest. So when power finally came on the tv wasn’t working I let them know immediately around 11pm which my neighbors were up farting laughing having a good ole drunk time. Around midnight after I’m asleep I’m getting calls from front desk I’m disturbing the peace. I’m asleep but tv plays commercials and volume goes up. (Which I notified them of issue) I turned tv down went back to sleep. Again I was waken up and threaten to leave because their tv is messed up but it’s my fault I have to have tv on to sleep to block out my neighbors farting and loud laughing. Which volume was at 28 then by end of night at 8. It was still too loud for the gasy laughing girls next door. The next morning I’m awakened by the house keeping screaming in Spanish right outside my door. Then text that they will fix the tv. I asked for a refund after what happened last night I knew I’d never get any rest. She said manger isn’t here and will be back on Monday but they would refund me but couldn’t give me evidence and proof that I’m being refunded. But had to be out of room at 11am which it was 11:05 am when she texted me that. Which I’m not leaving without evidence of refund anyways. It was extremely shady vibes. So all day we’re going back and forth about it. Finally the manger texts stating I’m being passive aggressive. She’s a shrink as well as a manger I guess but wouldn’t allow them to bully me. I stayed strong with them threatening me TK kick me out if I called the police for guests being loud and breaking the laws. They suggested to have me move rooms but the gassy gals left
Disliked: do I have to move?? Then they finally sent maintenance to fix tv which I was crying he consoled me. The problem was they didn’t have correct remote in the room which caused both guests disturbance. Literally every day it was some form of harassment. I didn’t feel safe but couldn’t afford to be out of $541.00 the hotel not giving me evidence of a refund for booking.com which I had to waste two hours on phone with them. Which lady even advised me not to leave unless I have documentation of refund because they told booking.com they couldn’t help me until Monday. Literally they knew I had service dog but trying to tax me next day for pet fee. They knew I had my service dogs because of mental disability and chose to harass us the whole time staying there. I’m reaching out to a lawyer and contacting code enforcement. They ask if animals use the only grass area that was overgrown to my dogs neck. We seen snakes in there and god knows what else. This place was honestly the nastiest place I’ve ever been too and the worst hotel in my life. So don’t make the same mistake I made thinking I’m helping a small business owner this place is worse then corporate chain owned hotels. Not to mention there’s drunks all night drinking right outside the door until after midnight. Trash bins over filled and stinky. Just stay away

Inexpensive option if you don’t...

Liked: Free ice, fridge/freezer, ironing board
Disliked: Filth. Lamp shades stained. Accidentally touched a light bulb while trying to turn off the lamp and it was so hot it burned me. Headboard was full of dust. Sheets were scratchy. The laminated notes and menus were disgustingly filthy. Mirror wasn’t cleaned, shampoo residue in the shower.

Superb

Liked: The property was lovely and close to lots of restaurants.
Disliked: Someone started using a leaf blower at 6:30 am. It was a little shocking as there were several other guests there. It was a Friday too.
