Very good

Rowdy at night.

Liked: We like the location as we travel to Gainesville often for softball. Clean rooms, ok breakfast, friendly staff.
Disliked: Well Saturday night, the pool crowd was rowdy and noisy past 10pm. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer to complain as we needed to up early for a softball game. I do not think he every came out they just finally left the pool around 11 pm.

Disappointing for what I paid.

Liked: Location was great. Room was clean. Very cute place.
Disliked: Entire room was very humid. To the point that the bedding felt wet on top. Beds were tiny and uncomfortable. Pillows were horrible. Fridge froze everything we had inside it. Water was either cold or hot. No in between. Heard partying at the pool well into the night.

Disliked: Parking was poor , we had 2 boats and it was very difficult to park . We had bass boats which require outlets to charge batteries . Ther were no outside outlets for use .

Disliked: maybe minor but couldn't open room door , clerk quickly helped and was a minor trick to make it open.
