Liked: I had a wonderful stay at The Guest Lodge! The room was spotless—huge thanks to Carmen, the housekeeper, for keeping everything so clean and fresh. Marisol at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and made check-in a breeze. You can tell they care about their guests. I’ll definitely be back!
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great. The outside was cute. So much detail. The staff was amazing, very warm and helpful. The Room was clean and comfy—many outlets and not your typical small fridge. I was highly impressed with our stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good. The person checking in was also serving breakfast, which could be difficult during a busy check in time.
Disliked: Birth days, the maintenance workers were working on the lights over the check in counter and tools were spread all over the counter, leaving no room for customers. I would recommend doing lengthy repairs in the evening when less customers are checking in and no food is being served.

Disliked: It was old in need of updating. Had carpet, which needs to be replaced.

Liked: Safe location, outside was clean and cared for and the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Carpeting in the rooms desperately needs replaced. Sheets don’t fit the mattress, so they are constantly coming off. Rooms feel damp…I arrived early and asked if my room happened to be ready, they said it wasn’t. They made me wait until 1:45pm….and were never in my room the whole time I was waiting…I was outside in the pool so could see the room the whole time. Also, breakfast stops at 9am and at 9:06am I was told I couldn’t get breakfast cause it already ended. It’s a bagged breakfast…so not sure why she couldn’t bother to even look if there were any left. They have zero desire to go out of their way for anyone.

Disliked: Floors, carpet was extremely dirty along the walls and corners. Would attribute to a poor vacuum cleaner. Little quality control as it was obvious as soon as we walked into room
