Very pleasant

Liked: The room was very comfortable and clean. There was a good choice of breakfast which was freshly prepared by Lynne who was very attentive and pleasant. My room was serviced which was much appreciated appreciated.
Disliked: There was no means of contacting the owners in the evening. I had a query and couldn't find anyone when I went downstairs. The number left on the door was not answered and my message was never dealt with. I resolved the problem however. I would have preferred to park my car in the car park behind the guest house rather than leave my car at the end of the road, which wasn't a problem in itself but I was aware that I was probably taking up a resident's place! However although I asked on arrival this wasn't offered!

A lovely stay - couldn't...

Liked: Lovely staff, made sure I was nice and comfy. Bed was lovely and warm with plenty of blankets and pillows. WiFi was good! Within walking distance of Abergavenny. Overall had a lovely night, especially for the low price!
Disliked: Nothing to complain about at all! Room was a tad small, but I personally like a nice cozy room on a rainy night!

Liked: Everything was perfect, the owners are so lovely and really helped me out - I stayed as an emergency due to a car accident and couldn't have asked for better hosts. The rooms are lovely, cosy, the bed is one of the most comfortable I've had! Decorated in a lovely way, coffee and tea available in the rooms. WiFi was fast too! I'll definitely stay there again if I'm ever in the area, I highly recommend The Guest House!
Disliked: Everything was great, nothing I didn't like.
