Location is fantastic ! Stay...

Liked: The staff was very pleasant, nice and accommodating .The hotel is very close to many restaurants.Loved we could walk to Buckingham any time we wanted, 5 minutes away.Would stay here again .
Disliked: No dresser drawers, but managed.No plug for hair dryer in bathroom and can't see in the large mirrors for styling hair where the plug to use is by the bed.Wished the restaurant had more options and was more of a casual menu, especially for lunch.

Liked: Fixtures and fittings were very modern, and modern decor.
Disliked: Our room was quite dark and outside the window, the view was a tiny dirty courtyard with a big A/C unit in it

Liked: Guys, you really have a great hotel.Your staff is truly exceptional — friendly, helpful, and professional.I really appreciated how I was treated. Thank you for that.But there’s a big “but.”Why do you consider a room with almost no windows suitable for guests?A hole in the wall facing a pipe doesn’t count as a window.Is this the kind of room you give to your special guests?Or does everyone who books through Booking.com get this kind of “bonus”?If that’s your standard, then sadly, it doesn’t match the high level of service your team provides.Honestly, it felt like I was staying in a storage room rather than a guest room.Thankfully, your staff did their best to make up for it.
