Convenient location, staff very accommodating...

Liked: Convenient location, train, tram and bus stops all very close, short walk to the city centre. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Great shower pressure and temperature. Heating in the room was fantastic. Lots of stairs to get to the top, but the staff were very helpful in assisting my son and I with our luggage
Disliked: Would have liked a bar fridge in the room

Disliked: The bed was terrible and broken, no room to move about. Room was cold with an oil filled radiator to plug in and a blower heater.
