Liked: Staff and food was excellent,location superb
Disliked: The only thing we think can be the rooms are desperate for a revamp,carpet is well worn,cracked tiles and rusty taps in the bathroom,I would say the bedrooms rate as 2 star max and the rest of hotel 4 star

Disliked: This place could be really nice but isn't. The outside looks tatty and shabby. The bar area is dominated by a pool table & dart board with seating areas pushed to side areas. Walking into the corridor to the room it immediately smelt really musty. Then into the room and despite the 2 small windows being open, the musty smell increased enormously. it was unpleasant to be in the really dark room. The bathroom door would not shut, let alone lock. There was a door handle missing from the bathroom door. The staff all looked scruffy and the whole place reflects that. This place could be so much more but suffers from a feeling of neglect. I wouldn't come back

Liked: The staff were lovely- very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and well cooked. You had everything you needed in your room.
Disliked: For the cost, the hotel just looks a little run down. The carpets were pretty worn, the bath was damaged, the windows weren’t clean.

Disliked: The room was clean, but not properly clean. Dirty cloth left behind, and the floor made your feet dirty
