It wasn’t worth the price

Disliked: just a couple of issues I had with the room. We reserved for 6 people, but it was only prepared for 4. The pullout couch/bed had no protected cover and was disgusting. It had stains all over it that may or may not have been bodily fluids and dirt/black stains all over the edges and sides, therefore, we did not use the pull out at all. We squeezed 3 persons per bed. The dryer would take about 2.5 hours to dry a small load of clothes. The transportation provided to and from Disney was convenient, but there was one driver who should not be in customer service. Rodney, the 8:20 pm, July 3rd driver, actually got into a verbal confrontation with one of the disabled passengers because he (Rodney) could not get the ramp to work and did not secure the scooter once he did get it on the bus. It was a very uncomfortable and tense situation. For the price I paid I expected better quality and standards.

Not worth the price

Liked: We enjoyed the water slides and pool
Disliked: The smell in the hotel hallways, the carpet smells like there is mold hidden underneath. The rooms were not the best, we had to switch our room due to the first room was basically falling apart mostly everything was damaged and didn’t smell clean. The couch in our suit was not clean. There is no ac in the hallways or elevators. I felt like the hotel was a muse and complicated to find our rooms and get back to the main lobby.

Liked: ‏We had a great stay at The Grove. The apartment was spacious and very clean, and the kitchen was spotless and well-equipped. The location is excellent, very close to Disney, and the area has everything you need.‏The staff were respectful and helpful, which made the stay more comfortable.
Disliked: ‏The only issue was check-in — it took over an hour even though we arrived at 6 PM, and we were initially given the wrong room that was already occupied, which was quite awkward.‏Other than that, everything was great. I would stay here again.

Liked: When I pulled in I was really excited I booked ahead of time . So check in wasn’t too long . This place was very expensive 5 and when as first fit their we got our risk bands went to our room and changed to go to the water park . The water park was nice . Until I went to get in the lazy river and snow dirty it was . Like when you have a blow up pool and you kids keep getting In and out . Okay the night goes on wasn’t so bad . Than my mom came in to stay with us . Before she went to get comfortable in the other room a roach was crawling on the bed no lie . Soon as I turned the light on to show her where she was staying. We did kill it and take a picture . I hope I can upload it . Than I realized they don’t even put fitted sheets on the bed so you know how our night went . Sliding every which way . No one came and cleaned my room the whole time is stayed the phone didn’t work to call down stairs and everytime I wanted to go to the front desk the lines were ridiculous. And I had my kids with me I wasn’t trying to do that to them on vacation. Than I tried the restaurant and okay I’m like how bad can it be mind you I’m already erked with this place . But whatever I go to get some food and realized everything was pork I asked my waitress can I put a order in for turkey bacon or sausage she tell me yes than come back and say o the truck didn’t deliver them . I’m like on cool . But let rewind I couldn’t get any soda because the bar wasn’t open she claimed . Ok cool again . Then I tried to get an omelette and they tell me that o I can’t get anything because the pot broke . Like omg it’s a restaurant yall don’t have nomore pots . Like come on . I’m over this place that was not a cheap stay and they were outta control
