Not worth the money.

Liked: The suite was nice and the kids enjoyed the waterpark. Employees at the Longboard restaurant were nice and accommodating. The poolside service was great.
Disliked: The front desk staff was extremely rude and was not helpful. Upon arrival we noticed that we only had enough towels for 4. We're a family of 5, so we called to request additional towels and washcloths. The worker suggested that we wash and dry the towels and washcloths that were available. :/In addition, the suite wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The cabinets, refrigerator, and mirrors were dirty. The showerheads and grout also needs a good deep clean.

Liked: Very good room, big and clean. Nice water zone. Guys at front desk were very helpful. Free transfer to the parks, not at the best time, but smth to deal with if you wanna save money.
Disliked: No housekeeping service during all stay (4 nights), cleaning was for additional price, it is very strange.

Liked: I loved the location, very peaceful.
Disliked: We didn't like how we had to access the condo unit. The reserved seating at the pool.

Disliked: We didn't receive the room that we requested, the upgrade only consisted of a higher floor (4th) seemed like we were still on second floor with a parking lot view. No pool view no waterpark view, would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Couldn't even get discounted tickets for anything related to Disney this was a horrible trip, the food was horrible, the bathroom was dirty, the fridge was dirty and smelled very bad. Just overall horrible and misleading nothing was resort related except the long driveway.
