Liked: Everything met or exceeded our expectations for the most part
Disliked: when we were checking in the woman at the front desk was a bit stand offish and not really what you'd expect at this type of resort. She seemed annoyed. Also the drinks at the bar by the pools always charged a different price every time we went for drinks, (getting the same drinks)

The Grove was an excellent...

Liked: The location was away from the city. Facilities was great. The staff was available to answer any questions when walking by them. The pool and water park were awesome. Only had an appetizer at the restaurant and it was delicious. Onsite store had anything you needed.
Disliked: Nothing.

The room was less than...

Liked: Pool area was good & the kiddie splash area was very nice - Pool was very cloudy & not sparkling as in pictures. Check in was very good & Ashley Kentucky provided amazing customer service. Very professional & exceptional service!
Disliked: Room needs attention - the view from our room on the 2nd floor allowed us to see some of the roof below & saw a burnt rat through the master bedroom window and on the 2nd room view there was a burnt bird. There was an annoying beep in the room on our first night, security came but could not figure out what it was. Hours later I noticed it came from the dishwasher! Finally turned it off & was able to sleep the next night. Dinner at the grille took 2 hours when it was just 4 of us & ordered simple meals like mahi mahi tacos & chicken sandwiches. Food was ok, staff seemed over worked but very friendly & professional at all times.

Liked: Breakfast buffet at the Valencia was very good. A bit pricey though.
Disliked: There are too many added on extra fees. It would be beneficial to your customers if these fees were already reflected in the face price of the suite/room when searching the website for rooms in customer price range.

10/10 stay close to Disney!

Liked: Several amenities plus food, coffee, gift shop, etc. We loved going to the lazy river after a long day at Disney. I honestly would go back just for the weekend without the Disney trip just to enjoy everything this property has to offer! The arcade was a nice added touch, also.
