Awesome

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, great location. Beds were comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing.

Superb

Love staying at The Grove...

Liked: Great locations and love the lobby area with the bar. Lots of people and fun to watch and be part of the action.
Disliked: Because they are remodeling, the elevators took longer than usual.

Good, though losing it's competitive...

Liked: The location of the Grove and room size are great.
Disliked: There was construction on the floor above me which started early in the morning. They must have been remodelling the bathroom and jack hammering up tiles. It was incredibly loud and annoying. The hotel wasn't at capacity so why put somebody directly beneath rooms being renovated. Also, the restaurant doesn't open early enough for business people. We had meetings offsite early and couldn't get in until 7am. 6am would be much better for business people.

Everything you need in one...

Liked: Location was amazing. Views were great. Full gym and pool were outstanding. Beds and room comfy and clean. Pretty standard room, nothing special. The staff was exceptional. Parking garage on premise was such a bonus. Will stay here again.
Disliked: Getting picky but feel like a lot of the carpets, drapes, nooks and crannies in the bathroom were pretty dingy/dated and could use some fine tuning. Also felt the toiletries could’ve been much better for the level the rest of the premises offered.

Longest breakfast ever

Liked: I liked the downtown location. The room was clean.
Disliked: We had breakfast downstairs. The food was great, the service not so much. We waited 20-30 minutes to order. When we received the bill, we put down cash, but the waitress immediately walked away. We waited 15-20 minutes for her to come back and take our money. When we received our change, the lady not only brought our change but placed the rest of the change from our $100 on the table. We were so confused!!!
