Liked: Nice clean room with good facilities. Its a self check in with no hotel staff. But it worked fine , close to the town and train station. I would definitely stay again .

Liked: There was no breakfast facilityI thought the room was modestly but pleasantly decorated and I thought the property was nicely renovated.I also thought the facilities in the room were decentThe location was perfect for us in Falmouth
Disliked: I was rather concerned about the location on check in and accidently made my way to the ( unsurprisingly) grumpy man next door who said he was used to hotel gusts accidently walking up his path.The maids turned up every day to clean the room- we did not need them I think the standard of cleaning was acceptable but. may have been improved if there was more attention paid to the corners of the room!

Frustrating and costly.

Liked: Location is great
Disliked: The Grove is described as a hotel it isn’t it is an apartment building, there is no food available and no private parking all of which pushes up the cost of one’s holiday significantly.

Superb

Liked: It was very well situated- near the train station, the port, and good bars and restaurants.
Disliked: The property, though comfortable, was a little cramped especially between the bed and the table and chairs near the window.
