We were in Shaftesbury for an event and the hotel was perfect, being central, and close to car parks

Liked: When we last stayed with you in passing we were told that you were gradually decorating and refurnishing the hotel. It's quiet obvious that his has been carried out, and well done. We loved our room which was a lot more spacious than some. Lovely decor too.
Disliked: The Baar service hasn't improved. Although there were three members of staff on duty, at times there was nobody behind the bar, with all of them serving food or drink. At times it was chaotic.
