Liked: The staff were very friendly. I didn't get time to use the spa facilities but the gym cardio equipment was really good ( Technogym ) and the gym was clean. The scones for afternoon tea were the best we had in England! The girls at the front desk and breakfast were super nice
Disliked: The bed and pillows were way too firm for me. I know some people like them that way but it's not my preference. We changed rooms as the room we were assigned had some low doorways and my husband is 6ft5 so bumped his head. Staff were very accommodating. There was no climate control and although it wasn't hot during our stay I did get hot overnight even with the windows open.
