Fairytale Hotel

Liked: The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the garden is amazing.
Disliked: The pool was too hot and humid. I would add some varieties of cheese to the breakfast.

Liked: The room was excellent, very clean, spacious, comfortable, we had a coffee machine in the room, tea kettle, ironing machine, an ironing board.
Disliked: The breakfast staff was slightly arrogant. I don't want to say anything bad as they were polite and it might be a cultural thing but there was a difference between the front desk staff who was very helpful and kind and the breakfast staff who came across less smiley and a bit arrogant.

Lovely hotel in lovely surroundings...

Liked: Hotel Staff were brilliant, very accommodating, pleasant and friendly very much contributing to a lovely family 50th anniversary celebration weekend. Food in both restuarants lived up to reviews, flavoursome and very well presented our waiters happy to allow us choices from both menus to ensure our grandchildren had choices. Our suite a feature room was very large, with a very large comfortable bed , sofas and armchairs even an alcove with a desk. The decor is to a high standard and very pleasing to the eye ,large bathroom with large freestanding bath and walk in shower, always plenty of hot water on demand, quality toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, dressing area with a large wardrobe. Also a coffee and tea station with a fridge and fresh milk. Delightful grounds around the hotel both ornamental and even a croquet lawn. The spa though small has everything a pool, a hot tub and a gym with a good variety of treatments available. All in all an ideal weekend.
Disliked: It would have been nice if our 3 year old could have enjoyed the spa pool, the under 4 rule is puzzling?

Liked: Breakfast was excellent and the staff were so professional and yet friendly. The hotel is very well located and close to Cheltenham
Disliked: Although I am certain that the food in the restaurant is of a very high standard unfortunately the menu was not to our personal taste and so we did not eat there.

Liked: 5th visit to the Greenway, as always just perfect , excellent facilities and food, every member of the team goes out of their way to make it a great welcoming experience

Liked: Quick check in . Lovely room and en-suite. A very nice breakfast and good service .Set in lovely grounds and easy drive into Cheltenham .
