Liked: This place gets lively during busy periods. Rooms are clean & bed is comfy.

Exceptional

Old style pub room for...

Liked: My bed was a triple king or whatever that is. Comfy for sure. The place is above a bar. That’s fun.
Disliked: The room needs a serious clean. It was really dusty. The fridge had no milk, one coffee stick with one old crusty solo tea bag in a dirty glass as the ‘tea and coffee’ as advertised. Not cool. Doesn’t seem anyone is actually the contact for the rooms. The bar staff are busy and have no idea about the rooms.

You get what you pay...

Liked: The staff was friendly and bathrooms are nice and clean but the bed in the room was so hard it hurt my back and the toilet and shower was shared, I didn't see that when booking but that my fault. It would be nice if you didn't have to walk through the pub down stairs to get to your room. Carrying your suitcase through a bar full of people drinking didn't really feel comfortable, everyone was looking at us strange and pulling the suitcase up the stairs wasn't fun. a lift or a ramp would have been better. 1 other thing is we had to park right up the street and there was no parks left.
Disliked: Saying all that $81 for a room is pretty good but if I'm being honest id rather pay the extra money for the few things this place was missing listed above. Not a negative review at all just wanted to be honest so the greenroof management team are aware of these issues :)

Very good

Liked: Room was spacious and modern with a comfy bed and lots of storage space in the wardrobe. Good location in walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Staff were friendly too.
Disliked: There was quite a bit of dust in the room, particularly on the bedside lamp. The toilet and shower set ups were a bit strange - two massive bathrooms with a toilet and double showers, would be better to split it off into separate toilet and shower cubicles so more people can use at once as both were occupied a few times.

Liked: Although the bar below was a surprise, the accomodation aspect of the property was so lovely. We really enjoyed the clean and spacious bedroom!
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike about the stay!
