Lovely

Liked: Clean with great staff. Proximity to Grafton st and st Stephen’s green.
Disliked: The lounge was a little underwhelming but there really were not any significant negatives.

Great location, Friendly professional staff,...

Liked: Breakfast was good, I like that I got a coffee pot .
Disliked: The windows in the breakfast room were filthy, I know it is hard to keep them clean in the city but a lot appeared to be on the inside

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

Liked: From they réception staff, the restaurant staff and the cleaning staff. All were excellent. The location was central to all we needed to see and do.

Liked: Very convenient locationVery clean and comfortable roomGreat breakfast
Disliked: Most of the staff were great, other than an error made re our breakfast booking by a receptionist. Receptionist said she was unable to rectify the error but the restaurant staff were great and sorted it out for us.
