Exceptional

Liked: The room was beautiful and clean. Restaurant was really nice as well, I really enjoyed my breakfast. Staff have been really helpful.
Disliked: The room was incredibly hot and I wasn’t able to open the window much as it had a latch for safety reasons. Staff have been helpful and offered an extra fan but it was quite difficult to sleep.

Excellent location, excellent staff would...

Liked: Perfect location for the venue that we were attending for a wedding. Excellent service from the front of house staff the minute we walked into reception. I contacted the hotel prior to our check in as we needed a cab to and from the venue, they were more than happy to organise this for us. Would highly recommend staying here if you need a stop in Harlow.
Disliked: The rooms were very clean and comfortable, only issue being that there was no air conditioning and the rooms were very hot. A fan was provided so used this through the night.
