Liked: Staff were very pleasant, interested and efficient. Bedroom and mattress very comfortable.
Disliked: The rump steak and chicken on the mixed grille overcooked and tough.

Liked: The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs for my mother inlaw who has dementia and we needed rooms close to each other and at short booking notice they were very helpful

Liked: Excellent value, with helpful, friendly staff, a very good restaurant with an imaginative wine list and range of local beers. My room was very comfortable and the large garden invites a relaxing stroll.
Disliked: The somewhat labyrinthine building can make it hard to find your way back to your room at night, when there's no one to ask. The signage could be better, but this is a very minor quibble.
