Exceptional

Liked: As a regular visitor to the Green Dragon I am a big fan. The staff are lovely, the rooms are attractive with comfortable beds, and the Garrick lounge cafe bar is just great - good wifi and I can work there with excellent coffee and pastries. Win win!

Liked: Great location. Comfortable room with slightly tired but clean bathroom
Disliked: Room and common parts upstairs very bland.

Liked: Excellent as always. I am a regular guest at the hotel and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Good but pricey.

Liked: The hotel was able to give us a room that was easily accessible for my husband who has difficulty walking up stairs and needs a walk-in shower.
Disliked: Minor issues with the room such as light bulb not working and door stop in bathroom missing so bathroom door banged onto shower screen. We reported these.

Liked: It was clean and the staff were brilliant
Disliked: Expensive and very dreary room. Also the bedding was like stone.

Superb

Liked: I am a regular at the Green Dragon and love it here. Rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished, the Garrick Lounge has good coffee and great pastries, plus the staff are just so nice. It's all you would want in a hotel - including its central location.

Disliked: Cramped bathroom, no facecloths
