Bad

Disliked: Turned up and there wasn’t any parking available, want notified also so ended up having to find other paid parking and walk through Brisbane with our luggage. Staff basically said too bad and when I asked for them to at least cover the cost for the parking then they refused.

definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: the location.
Disliked: they didn’t tell me about reno’s, housekeeping stole items from our room, i had makeup go missing. our room key went missing too, it was there when we left the hotel room came back and it was completely gone same with some of my makeup
