Exceptional

Liked: Did not like breakfast they served, but most of the other people we were with Did. It was eggs sausage bacon , some cereals and juice. Everything was absolutely amazing . Staff so helpful and informative. Very centrally located. Easy to get uber or taxis. When we go back we will stay again!!

It was good for the...

Liked: The location was good. Has a very sweet little 24/7 pancake cafe around the corner. Botanical gardens just down the road.
Disliked: My room smelt musty. Almost like stale urine. The walls are thine so you hear everything!

Disappointing . Propably worst experience...

Disliked: Our flight arrived much earlier than plannedOn entering hotel staff didn’t ask for name/ booking , told us to come back later. After returning a couple of hours later we’re told we could wait in lounge, which was a horrible room, until room was ready. Still not asked any of our details? After waiting HOURS in said room we were told our room was ready but we had to pay $30 to go in early!!!!!!! Our booked room, paid for , empty , clean….. what’s $30 for??? Terrible service & policy!!!Breakfast very ordinary!!Staying 2 nights, we asked housekeeping if they were going to do our room , she told us we had to go to reception and pay if we wanted it done!!! Never , ever heard of it before !! More terrible service/policy
