Best hotel experience I've ever...
Liked: Upon arrival they told us that since they had an opening they had upgraded us to a junior suite free of charge and it was AMAZING. Bigger than my first apartment, incredible view, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was great as well, and the man at reception helped us print and attach our paper luggage tags to our bags.
Disliked: A shuttle to/from the airport would've been beneficial.

Liked: I loved all the amenities, the staff was so nice, they gave me a complimentary upgrade and it was very comfortable! the next time i travel to miami i will definitely stay here again

Everything BUT luxury.
Liked: The pool and gym were nice. The one lady at the front with curly hair was nice, and so was the concierge who handled bags.
Disliked: I’m currently staying at this hotel, I have been disappointed since we arrived. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Biscayne Bay/ Dowtown Miami area and this was by far the worst/dirtiest. The hotel is marketed as if it is a luxury hotel, it looks that way on pictures but this place is SO OUTDATED AND OVERPRICED. The price I was originally booked for was double but I cancelled and rebooked at a much lower rate through booking.com. Upon arrival it was quite early, as I had just disembarked from a cruise so I wasn’t expecting to have a room at that time, we checked in, gave our bags to the front desk (he stated he would call or text me when the first room was available, I told them no rush), and checked out some of the amenities. The pool is nice, the gym is nice, and so is the library. It began to storm so we came back inside and that was around 1-2pm. I had noticed several people being checked in but still hadn’t received word that it was time for us. I had went up to the desk and asked and she stated it had been ready. We went up and concierge brought the bags up. Immediately noticed staining on several pieces of the furniture, you could tell someone had JUST used the shower (as the floor was wet and so was the shower head) the windows and doors hadn’t been wiped down prior and it was quite noticeable nobody cleaned them. There was foundation on the glass next to the sink, sheets have several marks/stains on them. The toilet does not flush easily and it takes several tries, it clogged with the first use and we had to call maintenance not even 15 minutes into the room. It’s currently 2:52 in the morning and we have barely been able to sleep due to noise from rooms upstairs and the sound of someone trying to open our door, as soon as we were able to try and closed our eyes the LARGE JBL speaker started playing what sounded like reggaeton music. We haven’t paired our phones, we haven’t used it one it time.
