Liked: The Breakfast was good freshly cooked full English with plenty of toast. Tea coffee orange juice milk and water all on free flow. Cereal and jams. All in all very good
Disliked: It too an age to figure out the shower so not enough hot water for 2

Liked: Lovely spacious room, spotlessly clean. Was welcomed by a lovely humorous gentleman, who was full of local knowledge & generally a lovely guy. We have stayed in numerous guest houses in Blackpool and this one tops them all. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Definitely worthy of 4 stars. Thankyou for having us, we will definitely be back.Sandra Dee ;)

Excellent stay and fantastic service...

Liked: Chris was incredibly helpful and accommodating. As a solo traveller, the property also felt safe and comfortable.
Disliked: Decor is dated, but this in no way affects the stay. The service, comfort and facilities make up for it.

Liked: From going in to coming out was a great experience. Chris the host was so helpful. The rooms were very clean, the sheets were crisp and white. The breakfast was fantastic and you could of had more if you wanted. He was so helpful with everything. He even let us keep our cases in the hotel whilst we went out on the day we were supposed to leave. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.
Disliked: There was nothing to not like. The furniture downstairs was a bit tired but very clean. The places that mattered the bedroom and dining room were great.
