It’s a nice place but...
Liked: Good location and value for the room
Disliked: Could’ve used a fan for the room. Was very hot in the room

We were able to manage...
Liked: The light in the room was good. The beddings were replaced on reporting about the leak from the ceiling and the floor towel in the bathroom was replaced.
Disliked: The bathroom was extremely small and not really clean. The water from the shower was going on the floor the towel left on the floor was extremely wet. There was link from the ceiling through the light fitting on the third morning, I went to try and complain about it and the door to the reception was locked with a note to say there are no rooms to rent at just before 8am. This is not good at all as if it had been a far more urgent and serious situation there will be no one to attend to the situation. The ceiling fan fitting was not properly fitted. The fire exit door was next to our door and was always not fully shut every night we came back.

Very good
Liked: Convenient location.Helpful and friendly staff.Very clean.Good wifi connection Ceiling fan to keep the room cool.Super hot and powerful showerTea and coffee facility. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Squeaky bathroom door, Which was very loud and annoying at night. Lack of cupboard space.Shame the table wasn't a set of drawersLack of hooks on the walls, especially in the bathroom.

Disliked: It was extremely small, had to check in the opposite hotel, hall unclean, no long mirror one small one in room, there was a kettle but it was dirty, extremely cramped and clammy not worth the money even as the cheapest option

Disliked: The place was extremely unclean and shower had a strong unpleasant odor. The staff were quite unfriendly—upon arrival, the receptionist greeted us while still chewing her lunch and avoided making eye contact. Additionally, our dirty towels were never replaced with fresh, clean ones.

Horrendous hotel
Liked: The location
Disliked: If i could give it zero stars i would! It was far too small for a double room, sockets hanging off walls, ceiling fans wires exposed, toilet seat broken, shower and sink took far too long to drain before they flooded. No spoons for the beverages, dirt around the room and under the bed and the shower plug had major black slime underneath. Pillows way too thin and soft
