Horrible experience never again

Liked: Disgusting behaviour from the recipients people
Disliked: Smelly room even unclean bathrooms and bedsheets

Liked: Really friendly staff, comfortable room and beds, great location, was a bit apprehensive at first after reading reviews but happy to say I'd stay again :)

Good small budget private room...

Liked: The room may be small but it's still a private room with it's own bathroom. Best for privacy when travelling alone on a budget in London when most cheaper ones are shared accommodation. The bed was a good size and comfortable. It is located in a cute quite neihbourhood. They did action to immediately to proved a desk fan when I messaged them about my ceiling fan shaking. You also get basic amenities.
Disliked: The interiors cold do a bit better. I think they renovated but reno on a budget or DIY. The neighbourhood is good but the location is still a bit of a walk from public transport. Also the stairs. But I guess that's Europe standards.

Liked: Location. Very affordable for london.
Disliked: Literally given a Harry potter style bed in a cupboard under the stairs.The receptionist was really unhelpful and unclear whilst speaking. I asked for a taxi, and he made it really awkward to put me off.Big CCTV on screen behind the receptionist, and he was just watching all the cameras like some sort of weird voyeurism.Room was very poorly equipped, but we did not pay much for it. Cardboard cups, no spoon or other utensils, Door handles falling off, ceiling fan was VERY close to my head and made me uncomfortable

Not good

Liked: Location was good, close Victoria station and plenty of places to eat nearby.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning, which wouldn't be a huge problem but the ceiling fan didn't work in the room either so it was very hot. The booking is for a private bathroom which we did get but it was outside of the room.

Disliked: Narrow stairs, damaged shower knobs and clogged water drain

Cheap and cheerful, lovely staff...

Liked: Great location, moments walk from Victoria Station. Lovely staff. Local shop less than a minute walk away. Room was clean, towels provided, rainfall shower was lovely with complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and tea making facilities. The room had an overhead fan so kept the room cool despite the ambient heat
Disliked: I always strip beds following a hotel stay and the pillows below the covers were yellow stained so need replacing. Our room was on the lower level and despite key access to the main front door the door to our lower level was open so anyone could of come down the stairs from the street and accessed our corridor although the room doors were secure
