Liked: Very convenient to attend an event at Rockbeare Manor.
Disliked: No bar & snacks as stated in the guest book in the room. It’s in need of updating the furniture and fixtures.

Liked: The owner was lovely and told us of places to visit. We did that and had our evening meal out. We thought from the photos of the grange-a large property, that there would be gardens to walk around but there were none, or rooms to look around.There was only the breakfast room and a very large lounge to sit in although the French doors were open.Our room and en-suite were large and immaculate. We slept well, the bed comfortable, and we chose continental breakfast which was nice from the buffet table. A cooked breakfast was offered.
Disliked: We would have liked more fresh fruit choices. As we were the only guests in at breakfast the TV or radio on would have made a bit more of an atmosphere, we felt like we were whispering.
