Definitely recommend!

Liked: Excellent location to Botanical Gardens, university, tram, museums and dining facilities. Cozy place with scrumptious breakfast, generous and gracious hosts.
Disliked: Nothing really. Slow drain was promptly fixed.

Lovely B & B

Liked: Fabulous location, easy walk along the river into town, 10min stroll. Stored our luggage for the day until check-in time. Be aware you might have an upstairs room and need to carry bags up. Lovely clean and airy room, good space, comfy bed, big bathroom. Good cooked breakfast. Enjoyed our stay!

Great centrally located B&B

Liked: Location (very central & on the tram route); staff were all very friendly & helpful; free car parking; comfortable room; lots of quirky old mansion style areas/rooms
Disliked: The breakfast was a bit limited in scope - would have benefited from more bakery type products

Excellent central stay

Liked: Lovely historic building, large rooms, great location in city with off street parking, breakfast included, excellent value, very clean, a communal lounge for guest use (we stayed 3 nights in 2 different rooms at beginning and end of trip); we really liked our stays.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Great Hosts, great Location and...

Liked: Friendly and helpful hosts, direkly located at on of the Hop-on-Hop-off Tram stations . Delicious coffee at breakfast.

Charming, comfortable and central

Liked: Charming house with old-fashioned furniture decorating the rooms. We had an antique suitcase and a hat box on top of a wardrobe in our room and beautiful teacups. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: You have to carry your suitcase up the stairs, but the steps are OK. A bit of traffic noise if your room faces the street.
