Fabulous value for money stay

Liked: Lovely entrance, stayed in the new modern rooms which were fab. Restaurant was so good and the bar was great. Very pleasant stay staff were extra nice
Disliked: No gym was being renovated. Did not know

Liked: The warm and welcoming attitude from all staff. Each person recognised and made my 4 year old granddaughter feel special. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect - a short distance from the train station but equally accessible to the city centre.
Disliked: Nothing. It was all perfect

Incredible stay, warm friendly atmosphere...

Liked: Heritage property which has been beautifully refurbished throughout. Clean. Spacious. Relaxing & friendly atmosphere. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in UK.They made my mum feel special for her birthday with chocolates & a free drink at the bar - thank you!
Disliked: Spa wasn’t open but knew this before booking. Will be back when it’s open!

Liked: Beautiful hotel, great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were aware work was going on refurbing the spa area. Work started an hour earlier than we were told.
