Great choice for families!

Liked: Great resort with many things to do with kids. The double queen room is big, clean and renovated, great restaurant and staff. Many paddle boats, kayaks and canoes available

Peaceful getaway for a weekend...

Liked: This place offers a special connection with nature and its facilities are well taken care of. Gorgeous lake view and a peaceful environment. The room was as advertised (we stayed in the furthest wing of rooms 80-84). The included breakfast is a plus and the access to watercraft’s at no cost enhanced the experience. Overall friendly staff and very good food at the restaurant.
Disliked: The room was clean when we arrived but I wish the housekeeping team had come back the next day to refresh. We had a short stay so it was fine. We asked for fresh towels at the front desk and they were provided. Some rooms are not easily accessible for guests with mobility challenges. The carpet on the hallways can use an upgrade or deep cleaning. One night at the restaurant we got charged for something we were told it wasn’t going to be extra but ended up on the bill.

Stunning location

Liked: Beautiful location and great amenities at the hotel. Enjoyed the sauna, pool, and kayaks for the lake! Food at the restaurant was amazing for dinner. Good selection at breakfast. Would’ve loved to have been able to stay longer.
Disliked: When we arrived told dinner needed reservations and only had late times available. Weren’t able to eat until around 9pm. Would’ve been good to be told this when you make the booking.

Liked: Good place , good location , good amenities and kid friendly
Disliked: Waiting time is bit lengthy at the restaurant, especially when you are with children and kids.

Liked: It was a good stay, enjoyed the location and the services that resort provided.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, just that the weather wasn’t great to enjoy the water activity but overall worth the stay kinda place.

Very Good experience, will visit...

Liked: Had problems with light and they changed it.Had a problem with broken bed and they came at 1am, took it and fixed it next day
Disliked: Very good breakfastNice swimming pool.Free Kayaking and table tennis was also good

Great First Stay at Tappattoo...

Liked: great spot nestled amongst trees on a quiet lake. very good options on the dining room menu. the opportunity to have a fire on the beach at nite is a nice treat. great staff.
Disliked: zero soundproof between cabin walls. no chairs inside or outside to use on the balcony.

Overall a good stay.

Liked: Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed at #53, hallway needs vacuuming. Faucet needs repair. Water is dripping

Perfect for summer vocation

Liked: I really like the natural environment of this hotel. There are really not many activities to participate in during the winter, but I believe it will be especially beautiful in the summer.
Disliked: I am not a picky person but I found a brown spot on the bed. I am 5'7 and I laid down and the brown spot was right where my butt would be. It is not that big mark , maybe 1*1”. I would like to believe it was coffee mark and not something else.
