Disliked: I booked a room with 2queen beds. They didn’t give me this instead gave me room with one queen bed and expected 3 of us to adjust in that room as they had maintenance issue. They didn’t even explain this when we checked in and after seeing the room, we went back and we were told that they were fully booked! I refused to leave the reception till it was sorted out , had to wait for almost 2 hrs before they gave us the room. It really mean that they had the room in the first place and didn’t want to give it to us! There was no means to reach booking.com! Very frustrating!

Fabulous - highly recommended

Liked: The property was awesome!! If one of the several pools didn’t take your fancy, the beach & lagoon are literally a walk through the resort. The towel facility is brilliant - exchange your yellow card for a beach or pool towel and when you’re done take it back and collect your yellow card for the next day. No need to wash or bring back sand to the apartment. We had a partial sea view two bedroom apartment with cooking facilities, which slept 5 adults also had a sofa bed if needed could have slept another couple. Two bathrooms, two toilets & washer/dryer also made it easy to have fresh clothes everyday despite having packed plenty. Plenty of eateries on the property to choose from with lots of atmosphere. Lots of shops also. If you don’t mind a short walk it’s was very close to Ala Moana & Luxury Row, The Army Museum and lots of adjoining properties with bars and food. Wish we stayed a few more days just to enjoy the beach some more.(No photos of the room but it is as advertised)
