The Grand Hotel

Under staffed. Advertised breakfast but not available. No spare soap or toilet roll. Shower not working.

Liked: Was clean.
Disliked: Shower not working. Couldn't get key till 3.30 as no one on reception.

Short just one night but...

Liked: The room was filthy the shower was a trickle of hot water or nothing,the extraction fan was non existent in the windowless bathroom and the electrical sockets were so inconveniently placed, that boiling a kettle had to be done on the dirty wooden floor...the beds were adequate and the location was handy....1/10

Fantastic hotel

Liked: This hotel deserves 100/100 the staff / managers were amazing I couldn't fault them , we needed help at times and they were only too happy to help I would genuinely highly recommend this hotel , the other plus side is it's so close to everything, our room had a balcony and with the current heat it was a blessing and very safe having breathing difficulties I was able to leave the balcony door open at night and felt very safe , I will definitely use this hotel again
Disliked: There honestly is nothing about this hotel or staff to dislike

A great little hotel but...

Liked: Very clean. Very friendly staff. Good location.
Disliked: The free wifi didn't work in our room! The dining room looked barren; which gave us no inclination to book a breakfast. The window in our room was cracked and held together with tape. Coffee and Tea were not replaced after our first morning and the room was not cleaned or the towels changed. We had to ask for a fan for our bedroom as it was stifling hot in the late afternoon and all night; even with the fan!
