The Grand Hotel

Under staffed. Advertised breakfast but not available. No spare soap or toilet roll. Shower not working.

Liked: Was clean.
Disliked: Shower not working. Couldn't get key till 3.30 as no one on reception.

Very good

Liked: Clean, free parking and sea front.
Disliked: Paying £25 for my dog!

Was great value for money...

Liked: The owners and receptionist were all very easy to talk to and were very polite at all times always talking to you in the mornings and evenings with not only myself and my son but the other guests to nothing was to much trouble rooms were very spacious with clean comfortable beds beach was across the road and was only a 5 minute walk into town
Disliked: Rooms were a little to warm in the evenings even with the windows open could do with either a fan or air con as I didn't sleep in the bed I slept ontop of the covers as was very warm in the rooms

Liked: it was welcoming, the owners are the loveliest people.
Disliked: nothing i didnt like

All in all everything was...

Liked: I really enjoyed staying at the hotel the staff was very helpful I had a lovely cosy room nice Belcony as well and brilliant location close to the beach and shops and pubs too all in all was fantastic and would stay again .
Disliked: There wasn’t a lamp in our room but. Other then that it was a brilliant experience I totally enjoyed it .

Liked: Friendly staff location great bedroom clean
Disliked: Not enough plug sockets very warm in the hotel dinning room could be more inviting

Convenient place to stay for...

Liked: The location is convenient, room is good size
Disliked: Claims to have flat screen tv and hairdryer in room but neither were there, it needs updating, the shower had no power at all so didn’t feel clean afterwards, specially after being on the beach trying to wash off the sand

Fantastic place good value clean...

Liked: The staff are lovely really helpful. The room is good value for money everything you need clean comfy clean beds a fresh towels. Overall for the price you can not go wrong we love room 21.
Disliked: Nothing

Stayed 4 days two weeks...

Liked: Nice room and furniture. Had a lamp this time.
Disliked: Bathroom door didn't shut properly.
