Atrocious

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The Service wasn't good. Cleaners wouldn't clean the room. Photos showed good but in reality it was way different. There was bedbugs. There was no room service. Reception was closed most of the time. Very bad.It got to a point of how bad it was that I nearly checked out of the hotel and went to a different hotel when we found there was bedbugs biting us giving us pimples. The pictures are very old and now the hotel looks and is very bad. Very bad would not recommend at all!!!

Leave you to make your...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The reception was basically 2 people who asked your name and gave you a key, that was it, no explanation as to any services at the hotel. It is very run down from the moment you walk up to the front door, and that theme followed throughout the hotel. The room we got was on the 3rd floor, luckily, as every time we took a step, the floor creaked( I did hope that the people below couldn't hear this but I wasn't holding my breath) The bed was clean and presented well but then we were immediately let down when we opened the draws, tickets from the arcade still in there and we had to wipe them out. Walls are very thin and could hear disputes going off late at night , from the room below I think. On the morning we left we were up early and luckily just had chance to make a coffee before the electric stopped working, couldn't find anybody to raise this with so packed up and left. Rang the number on booking.com and was greeted by a central contact and they couldn't give me a direct number for the hotel they just said they would pass the message on to the hotel. Just to sum up I am definitely not a fussy person, normally quite happy with basic accommodation, but this was a new experience as to total lack of care and general presence of at least somebody to go to if there are problems.

Bad

Liked: The best thing was view
Disliked: The room was filthy, someone's hair aswell as pubic hair on the bed, and loads in the shower, poo at the walls, filthy floors, chair legs were wobbly, and the leather all ripped, windows could of done with a good clean, The balcony should of been my own as that's what I paid for but came with 2 other rooms, plus stand on it felt like on a slant and unsafe. When I was leaving the manager and her husband I presume was very rude and said I should of picked up on all the faults and problems of her housekeepers!!
